David Madigan has been part of Trident Maritime Systems’ joiner outfitting and installation team for almost 30 years. A CPA with extensive experience in corporate finance and accounting, he joined Trident legacy company Hopeman Brothers early in his career, and has been a key leader in the company’s evolution, first to US Joiner and then to Trident. David now leads Trident’s marine outfitting interests around the world.
David’s career includes public accounting experience with KPMG and with Sara Lee’s Hanes Division. His tenure with Trident began as assistant corporate controller for Hopeman Brothers Marine Division parent AWH Corp.

David eventually became vice president and CFO of Hopeman Brothers Marine Interiors, and was then named executive vice president & CFO of Trident Maritime Systems.
Known for his team-building and strong relationships, David has been involved in marine outfitting and marine repair solutions for military T-AKE, LPD, MLP/ESB, LHA and LCS vessels, as well as for numerous commercial vessels.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of North Carolina — Greensboro.
