Compliance Requirements -
Export Administration Antiboycott Statement

SUBJECT: Antiboycott Compliance Requirements

The purpose of this memorandum is to institutionalize and provide a notification to all Trident employees that the Office of Antiboycott Compliance (OAC), part of the Bureau of Industry and Security, has strict laws regarding antiboycott compliance. Specifically, The Bureau is charged with administering and enforcing the Antiboycott Laws under the Export Administration Act. Those laws discourage, and in some circumstances, prohibit U.S. companies from furthering or supporting the boycott of Israel sponsored by the Arab League, and certain other countries, including complying with certain requests for information designed to verify compliance with the boycott.

The strict adherence to this policy is the next step to present a cohesive, clear, and unambiguous message to our customers, both current and future. The specific guidance can be found here: US Office of Antiboycott Compliance.
